• Payment Methods We accept secure payments through Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, and Rocket.
• bKash/Rocket Notice For personal wallet numbers, customers must use the "Send Money" option and provide the correct Transaction ID in the billing form.

• Delivery charges and estimated timelines are outlined in our Delivery Policy.
• While we strive to deliver products within the promised timeframe (usually up to 72 hours inside Dhaka and 4 working days outside Dhaka), delays caused by natural disasters, political situations, or courier issues are beyond our control.
• Open Box Check Customers are allowed to inspect the package upon delivery before making the payment.

6. Return, Replacement & Refunds

• All claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported to our Customer Care within 48 hours of receiving the package.
